Delighted with how quickly the build was put together and the quality of the installation. I've built my own PCs for years and years, but this time I thought I'd try PC Specialist since I wanted a 5090 at launch and I felt I had a better chance at snagging one via an integrator. I'm glad I did. I was very pleased at the component choices available and felt as though I could make the build to my specifications just as well as if I'd have ordered everything individually. It runs like a dream, with no pre-installed bloat or any 'value-add' software that I don't want or need. Everything had already been set up properly, for example iCUE, so I could just turn it on and immediately enjoy. Super stress free experience. My only (very, very minor) criticism is related to the amount of zip-ties used to cable tidy - I've had to essentially re-do the cable management to install a new fan (and then replaced the zip-ties with velcro cable ties for future maintainability). But that's not a huge issue and something that won't apply to most users!
