The process of ordering to receiving the PC was very smooth and easy to follow. The information provided along the journey was useful, the providing of a 3D image was a nice touch for peace of mind about certain components and just what to expect. I liked knowing when it was in building, the estimated time it would remain in that state, and what 'generally' occurs in each state. I appreciated such updates along the way. I would've personally preferred a little more information on the Testing and QR phases, such as what was done, what programs were used, any benchmarks etc for my own reference, and any bios or configuration adjustments that were made -- if any. I've had a few minor hiccups with the system - mostly software related (it seems), but nothing major (yet), so the boat is still out on that one. Knowing that I can easily arrange a collect & return with the warranty provides some peace of mind too - should some issue occur - alongside technical support being there via email if needed. Whilst it might be a minor thing, the expectation to keep hold of the huge box the PC was shipped in for such returns is a little annoying. Overall, good stuff (:
