I was kept up to date frequently about how my pc was doing, including pictures of the pc as it was being built. It took a couple of weeks to arrive however the wait was well worth it. Being able to select parts rather then having it prebuilt is amazing as it allows you to not recieve a cheap part used to keep the price attractive for lower end customers. Would highly recommed using PC specialist to make a pc if you know what parts you want, but do not want to create the pc yourself.
