I don't normally respond to places I've bought something from, I usually buy it - it arives then I use whatever it is not thinking of the place I bought it from. For PC Specialist I wrote the following email after the experience I had with them: Hi Trevor (and PCS Team), People don't do this often enough but I am writing this email because I have not seen customer service this good in a long while. I want to say a very big thank you to you because my brother in law is very much looking forward to his new computer as it is in production at the moment. From my initial email to you every interaction I've had and the amazing amount of communication you have given me during the process has made me feel assured I have made the right choice for him by buying with you. It's not easy but I'm impressed so far! Just Thank you and well done!
