Recently purchased a hi-spec gaming PC. Service was excellent. I was kept informed of progress of my custom build following placing my order. When the PC arrived one of the fans was not working and one of the case feet had lost its rubber foot. I contacted tech support and was able to identify a fan power cable that had become disconnected. I was also sent a replacement foot. PC Specialists dealt with my issues quickly and effectively and I'm very happy with my new PC.
