Impressed with PC Specialist as a company to deal with. Minor gripes with website, e.g. couldn't complete order after specifying storage partition sizes and website kept "forgetting" that I had specified a USB recovery media. Sorted ordering with short telecon with staff. Then slight confusion with delivery company as were awaiting my call to arrange a suitable day to deliver (?), although I am in a remote-ish location. Also had reason to call support after PC received, as having trouble installing paid-for MS Office 2021. Theodor B could not have been more helpful (pre-installed Office 365 was causing the problem... delete it and associated language packs!). Despite these minor issues, PC seems well built and came with a box of "bits" should I choose to upgrade further. More than happy to deal with them again.
