I've never bought a PC in this way before, having simply bought a standard item from the usual retailers. In short, I'm a novice. I found the PC Specialist website easy to navigate, and the whole ordering process very easy with regular updates. The PC itself arrived as described, very well packaged, and set up was straightforward. The machine performs really well and I'm very satisfied. I'd heartily recommend PCS to anyone and would use again.
