Key to my purchase was the wide configurability offered by PC Specialist and I am very pleased with my new laptop. Having requested the 3 day service, and despite there being a bank holiday, it arrived on time and undamaged. Unboxed, I had some setup issues at first which were down to me but the telephone support was excellent and these were soon resolved. Overall I am entirely content with my purchase and I have the reassurance of the 3 year warranty.
