High spec pc at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout the process, including a 360 degree photo of the pc without sides so I could see it. Secure delivery with a PIN code needing to be given to the courier before it was released to me. I hadn’t heard of the company but my son had a recommended them as his computing teacher had said they are second to none. I didn’t need to contact customer service but have no doubt that if I had they’d have been very helpful. I liked that the system checked compatibility with everything - I had to change one component. That gave me pieces of mind that I’d got what I needed. The ‘free’ case is huge - totally my fault as I never checked the dimensions - so there’s less space under my desk than before! I will definitely use again and highly recommend.
