I chose custom parts for a pc and when picking them it told me about any ones that would have compatibility issues such as extra fans not fitting in a case so i didnt pick the wrong options. It arrived in about 2 weeks with updates every step of the way along with pictures showing the pc before dispatch if there was any errors, the PC runs amazing and with good cable management, I cant really think of a negative thing that happened during the process or after the fact unless 2 week would be too long for you or if you dont want a pc specialist logo on your case and cooler neither of which bothered me personally. Would definetely recommend if you are like me and want to play games but dont want to build a pc.
