after I had received my quote, I decided to ring customer services to talk it through with someone, and they couldn't have been more helpful, asking what the main use of the pc would be, they then went through everything with me advising on some better options but not just getting me to spend more money. You are updated regularly with the progress of the build and the delivery process was ultra smooth
