I was dubious. I'd had bad experiences with pcs built to order in the past. My son however was convinced, and persuaded me to try these out for his birthday present. He knew what he wanted, although I wasn't experienced enough to know if everything would be compatible. However we did some research and risked it. PCSpecialist had great comms, letting me know how the build was going even pictures and 3d views of the build. Great comms about finance options and delivery. Great stats about expected build times. All in all a great experience that has culminated with a very happy 15 year old, with a pc of the spec he desired and expected. Great job
