Second time purchasing a custom system, even easier than 10 years ago to select parts (more component information provided, better UI feedback to possible incompatibilities). Delivered within the estimated time frame. My case had two full glass panels in it and it all arrived intact, everything was professionally packed for a safe courier journey. Experienced one hiccup within a week of Tower operation (chassis fans somehow locked to constant max fan speed) but their fast tech support by email provided several possible solutions, the first of which worked for me. Very pleased with their product and service, would highly recommend, and their pricing seems quite fair!
