The process of ordering my custom PC was straight forward. After I chose the parts I contacted support to make sure what I did was accurate and the reply was always quick and helpful for any question I had. After ordering I could see the status of the PC so the delivery was accurate too. Setting it us was easy too and I am not a computer genius. So far everything looks the way I expected and I am happy with my choice.
