Website was great. I designed my PC - corrected my design based on the feedback - then ordered. The site gives, in my opinion a 7 day production window. This should be 10 days. Better the PC arrives early rather than late (in the mind of the customer!).
Overall the initial experience has been excellent. Time will tell if the machine and the components I spec'd live up to expectations . . . . But so far so good.
