There was an initial problem with my order, however, when I contacted the team I was given clear support on my next steps.
I was then able to return my order and have the problems addressed in a very easy and very timely manner. It was a fantastic service.
The initial build did take longer than I would have liked, but it certainly wasn’t an unreasonable amount of time. The online portal meant I was kept informed every step of the way.
The end product - my laptop, is great.
