Creating the order for the custom built PC was straightforward. Helpfully, the process automatically pointed out where certain chosen components were not compatible with others, and gave suggestions as to what to choose instead. A follow-up call to the telephone helpline was equally well handled, by knowledgeable and helpful staff.
The delivery was well executed by DPD — a company for whom I also have high praise.
All in all, a very satisfactory experience as a customer of PC Specialist. I would certainly buy from them again.
