This was my second desktop PC from PC Specialist - my first one has been working almost flawlessly for 9 years and it's only Windows 11 incompatibility that's prompted me to replace it. Very pleased with my new mini PC... compact, extremely fast, and quiet. When one of the components went out of stock they let me put the PC on back order - and then the component came in sooner than expected anyway; instructions were clear; installation was fine. The only improvement I would suggest is that if paying the extra money for timed Mon-Fri delivery they I would have thought it fair to be able to nominate which particular day it will be delivered - for those of us who have to arrange to be at home for the delivery, it's not very helpful to get a last minute message. Hopefully my new PC will last another 9+ years... that is of course, if Microsoft will allow it!
