Absolutely Disastrous Experience - Avoid PC Specialists at All Costs! (1/5 Stars) I purchased a high-powered stationary computer for my startup's molecular analysis work, costing almost €5000. The entire experience has been an unmitigated disaster, consuming precious time and money. It took 26 days for them to assemble and "test" the machine. Upon arrival, it wouldn't even start. After phoning support, they agreed to take it back, but neglected to mention I had to create a return order online. Days passed as I uncovered this crucial step myself. The first return took 7 days at their facility, only for the computer to be returned with THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. It was as if they hadn't even attempted to fix it. At this point, 60 days had already passed since my original order. We sent it back a second time. After another 7 days, they finally conceded to build a new system. This added another week or two to the wait. When the replacement finally arrived, the GPU was completely detached and had caused significant internal damage during transit – clear evidence of poor packaging. We are now almost 3 months in, with zero usable product and endless frustration. We demanded a refund, only to be told their return policy would take an estimated two weeks. Unacceptable. On top of this operational incompetence, their customer service is utterly useless. Each time you contact them, you speak to a new representative who has no context or understanding of your ongoing case. There is zero continuity or effective support. I CANNOT RECOMMEND PCSPECIALIST to anyone. Save yourself the immense headache, time, and money. Look elsewhere.
