Really easy order process. Plenty of emails notifying me of order progress, which is great. Staff really helpful and responsive to questions. New PC all set up now and working like a dream. Only niggle I would have is that I had to dig a bit for info on warranty duration. It should be easier to find. Like, it should be on your invoice or order confirmation, as order# is probably required should you ever need to claim.
