Second time I've ordered from PC Specialist. Staff very helpful with queries that I had & responded quickly. Item arrived within 2 weeks even having ordered over Bank Holiday. For those who don't want to use Windows 365 would suggest instructions as how to do so as I had an issue removing it. Otherwise excellent service & delivery. Pleased with new PC
