Having looked at the website I decided that I could do with advice to formulate my spec for a new Windows 11 compliant desktop PC. I therefore sat down with my IT advisor who has used PC Specialist before and we went through the online questionnaire which was fairly straightforward. Having finalised the spec I placed my order without any issue. From then on I was kept regularly updated while my order was in the pre-construction queue, then durng construction, followed by testing. That was all completed within the timescale initllay indicated. Dispatch and delivery was all straightforward and then I again used my IT advisor to transfer data from my old PC and commission the new one. It has performed as hoped. I believe I have obtained good value for money and recommend PCS to anybody. Depending upon their level of competence though they may be best advised to seek professional help becuase the range of options offered is bewielding.
