Where do I even start with this bunch of useless muppets? A laptop that fails after 7 weeks, 2 hours on hold getting through to them each time, useless call handlers, zero customer service, no call backs, spineless management, and after 2 weeks of having my laptop screen literally 'fall out' I am still allegedly number 48 in the queue to have my machine even looked at!!
