Everything went the way they said it would. I was informed at all times as of the status of my loan. We closed in about 22 days just as promised. The interest rate never changed, nor did the terms of the loan. I've already recommended Peak Home Loans to my friends in Florida. I am very pleased and very proud of my new home.
