Got in touch with them regarding size for my mixed breed pup and the staff was super helpful. Once I ordered the harness, it arrived in just a couple of days. It fits my dog perfectly! The padding is very soft and easy to clean. She pulls quite a lot but the harness seems sturdy (have used it for a week or so now). I haven’t properly washed it yet, so we’ll see how it holds after a few washings.
Overall I am super satisfied with the product!
