Just as my friend had told me, the staff were super responsive on helping me find the right fit for my rescue mixed breed. And when one seemed like it might be too big, they not only responded to my email really quickly, they sent a replacement part straight out! Thank you! Scooby has been loving the harness and think it's really helped him on his walks.
