Our pup is an unusual shape (long and skinny), so regular harnesses don't fit. We already had a PerfectFit harness, but our boy had outgrown it. We sent pictures to PerfectFit, who recommended a new piece to buy. When that didn't work out perfectly, they sent us some other pieces to try out and again advised on fit via email/photos. They provided excellent service throughout and we now have a perfectly fitting harness! Thank you :)
