PerfectFit harness from a perfect company! From first interaction regarding sizing and which harness was likely to fit, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered replacement parts to try to get a snugger fit and this was no trouble and arrived very quickly. The returns process for the parts we no longer needed was smooth and yes you do have to pay own postage to send these back, however they send out the replacement bits for free so it's only right! Couldn't be happier and Z loves her new harness and seems really comfortable for her. 100% recommend this company.
