So this is the second harness and lead that we have bought in six years. They are the best harness by far. I had to exchange one part of the harness as it was coming up a bit big on my new pup, I emailed customer services that I was sending one part back, and that I needed the next size down. I was shocked to find the one I wanted on my door mat the next day. Brilliant customer service and brilliant harness. Happy dogs.
