Bought as this was recommended by our trainer. I have only had my harness a few days so can't give a full review yet, but customer service has been 10/10. My pieces were initially too small for my pup but Jen and Gemma were extremely helpful, they asked for photos of her in the harness and sent out new pieces straight away that fit perfectly. The harness is really great quality, love the fleece material to make it really comfortable and it's really easy to get on a wriggly puppy as each part unclips.
