We have been using multiple PerfectFit harnesses over the last 10 years (one for each dog) and they last us years. We don't do it, but we could easily re-use the old harnesses for the next pooch. We were surprised to have a failing clip recently (as we usually find these harnesses to be extremely durable) but the customer support was quick and deliberate about replacing the top when I asked them about it. We live outside the UK but regardless the new top came quickly, well packaged and the problem is solved. I honestly think we will be using PerfectFit for many more years (and dogs!) to come! Would recommend 100/10! Also BIG shout out to Jen at customer support, she was polite, decisive and very quick to respond. If only all customer support could be like this!
