Absolutely fantastic customer service. The first harness we received didn't quite fiit Dolly correctly. Steph asked us to send some photos abs then deduced what the issue was. She then sent several other pieces to try and we now have a 'perfect fit'! We are so happy we found this company, so no more ill-fitting harnesses. Very highly recommend.
