The customer service was outstanding, received good help & advice before ordering. When we came to order, our colour choice was out of stock, again customer service stepped in & advised when it would be available, they then contacted us again to let us know it was back in stock. The harness & lead arrived very quickly and it’s a perfect fit from using the sizing guide. The quality is excellent & our big fella is very happy!
