Excellent customer service; they really will send alternative parts out for free (and immediately) until you're satisfied with the fit (and will look at photos of your dog in the harness to help you decide). Great quality, my dog wriggles out of most harnesses but seems comfortable in this one and it suits him to neither have to go over his head nor step in to it. And nice choice of colours (though I wish more colours had reflective strips on) I had bought cheaper harnesses as I was dubious about exactly what else I'd be getting for my money with a PerfectFit, but now I see that actually it's worth the extra.
