Absolutely fantastic customer care service.
My Nala is a crossbreed ( German Shep x Alaskan Mal) a big bouncy two year old. I thought that maybe it was going to cause some problems getting a decent harness to fit her “unusual” dimensions but no … not at all. Could not have been more helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend this company and the harness is superb ❤️ special thanks to Gilly who was an absolute star 🌟
