Lady I spoke to when ordering was extremely helpful. Delivery was quick. It took me 2 or 3 attempts to put it on my dog, but I've got it now! The harness is so much more padded and comfortable than his old one and doesn't rub. Will be ordering one for my new dog shortly. Very pleased with it.
