The customer service I received was excellent. I wasn't sure which size harness to order for my dog but PerfectFit couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They even sent me alternative sizes to try for free. All of which was a very hassle free process. The quality and fit of their harnesses is superb. My dog Horace couldn't be happier and more comfortable. He has IVDD and it's perfect. Highly recommend.
