We ordered a harness for our rescue dog that is slightly underweight. When we received the recommended size we felt that it did not offer as much growth room as we would like. The customer service at Perfect Fit were absolutely brilliant and sent out another harness in the next size up to enable us to decide on the perfect fit. Once we had done this we just returned the bits that were unsuitable. I cannot fault this type of customer service.
