I ordered a couple hydes, I found out I really did not like 1 of the flavors I ordered, so I asked if I could change or refund 1 of the flavors, I got quick responses, whoever emailed me told me I can switch 1 of the flavors out, after I provided my order number and flavor to change, as requested by perfect vape, I got an email the next day saying they can't touch an order once it's been placed, and that whoever emailed me was a new agent. IF YOU RUN A COMPANY/BUISNESS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND GETS BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT. Even if a "new agent" said or did something wrong isn't it your job to fix it and keep me happy? Will not be ordering from you again.
