“I placed an order for about $75 worth of products, on my first order and about $57 on a second subsequent order. When I got the notice that the orders were about to be shipped I seen that they were sending one of the orders to another address and not my billing address as I had selected. I seen that the USPS notice said awaiting items to be shipped. I contacted them and said hey you have the wrong address on one of the orders, you are sending to please correct the address. They wrote back that "No we are shipping to the address indicated and you will have to wait until wherever it is sent to sends it back to us. I wrote no that is not acceptable and clearly USPS shows they haven't received the item please correct it. They in turn show the second order going to the correct address but like the first showing it is awaiting the item to be shipped. I got snarky remarks back on my email about well sorry about that but we are sending to the address indicated, " Perhaps you can get with the USPS and let them know and they will send to you". I wrote them that this is ridiculous and I have no control over the USPS and just please correct the address. Well here we are 15 days later still showing that the labels are created but the USPS is awaiting the items. I had to contact my credit card company I used and place the orders in dispute. I will not pay for something (if it were to ever be sent) that goes to the wrong address. This company is horrible at their customer service and the fact that they could have corrected the shipping label and wont just goes to show they are absolutely dishonest to say the least and just wanting to take the money for services they cant and wont render. Stay away from them.”
“i ordered over 300.00 worth of product and only got half of the order. they keep telling me they need a picture of the package it came in to compare to their records they say all vapes was sent out . the package that came to my place was a mailing bag big enough for 2 boxes of 5 vapes and i ordered 4 boxes of 5 vapes and they are saying they were all in the package . this is a rip off place and do not recommend anyone to order from them”
“I am compelled to write this review, as I recently ordered 11 vapes from this company and am currently enjoying one. The products are all perfect, with no issues, good flavor, and a valid expiration date on all boxes fresh products sealed authentic packaging batteries great no negative feedback at all great vaps. I am perplexed by the numerous negative reviews, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I obtained an excellent price for authentic vapes with no leaks or expired products. While it took 4 to 5 days to process my order, this timeframe was clearly stated by the company. Subsequent shipping took around two weeks, which is reasonable considering the laws and regulations that must be followed, and this was clearly stated, along with other warnings of potential issues. Before making a purchase, customers are aware of the timeframe, so I fail to understand the negative reviews amd complaining solely based on delivery times..... If you are willing to pay triple the price or more for vapes and cannot wait a simple two weeks or so, I suggest visiting a physical store. However, I implore customers to refrain from posting negative reviews solely due to delivery times, as this information was provided upfront.As well to the people who do not test the products look this is done at any vap store you go to this place give ten days at least :) So better then the 24 hours or nothing when you go into the vap store they make you test them better you leave right on the spot not their fault you didn't in all reality so ypu have no reason for the bad review in my opinion anyway.. I am impressed by this company's transparency and honesty. Although any customer service could be improved with the addition of a phone line, email communication is available. I must admit that I was apprehensive after reading the reviews, but I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase of 11 vapes and thankful I did not solely rely on these negative reviews and must state my positive experience with this company. It is essential to remember that businesses cannot satisfy everyone's expectations. I encourage potential customers to form their own opinions and see the positive reviews as well like mine and take advantage of the significant savings offered for a great product. I will use this company again in the future and would like to express my gratitude for a great product and a great price, and I look forward to being a lifelong customer.”
“Ordered over $100 worth of foger pods and 1 didnt work. Emailed them and hadn't heard anything and apparently it was in my spam folder when I remembered later. Well apparently it surpassed their time limit and since I didnt send the video in their allotted time I'm stuck with a full pod that wont do anything. They even still asked for the video that had to be edited several times for length proving it didnt work and they wont honor their products in any manner. They should be ashamed.”
“I bought a box of 10 Hyde vapes. It took several weeks to arrive. But the problem is that the first 2 I opened do not work. But because I had them for a couple of weeks before using them they dont want to credit me at all. Not even for the 8 I didnt open. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, buying in bulk. They dont care. They said I had to test them in the first week. I guess Im supposed to open 10 vapes at once to test that they are not faulty. Having not had an issue in the 4 years prior I didnt think I had to do that. I have dealt with their extremely long ship times because i do buy in bulk but I will no longer buy from them since they have zero loyalty or care for good customers. They also obviously do not care after seeing all of these bad reviews.”
“Ordered a mini vape that I can no longer find near me. I was so excited for it to come and it did not work. Was a dud. In the past week, I have been in the hospital with my fiancée undergoing surgery and I’ve started a new job. I finally got to email perfect vape with my concern about 4 days out (?) and they informed me that because I was not within 72 hours, they will not refund. Nowhere did I see that mentioned anywhere. And regardless, a dud is a dud. Totally uncool. Do not recommend ordering with them.”

“When I received my package, there was no invoice so clearly the person filling the order could not see if it was right or not. They did not put all of my vapes inside the package and I want my money back, but you can’t get a hold of them if they are doing this to multiple people over and over again they are raking in the money. I want my money back it took a long time to get my order I can’t believe people can get away with this.”
