THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND ROBBERS. THEY ACCEPTED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A VAPE. AND THE NEXT DAY CANCELLED MY ORDER, THEN THEY ASKED ME FOR PICTURE ID. AND TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY OR SENDING MY VAPE BECAUSE I DID NOT SEND THEM A PICTURE ID. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Absolute Trash! Do yourself a favor and find another Vape shop. Youll be sorry if you don't because you'll end up with Broken vapes and ZERO customer service. Good luck!

I use perfect Vape a couple of times received my order very quickly unfortunately several of the vapes leak after a few days mostly the Hyde retro rechargeables but I did not complain I ordered $90 worth of different vapes never received Confirmation email I tried to call and email all of their website information the emails did not go through and now from seeing all of this I should have researched first

I have been a customer for a long time and ran into a recent issue of getting a $14 vape that didn't work ( this order contained 2 vapes ) . I know these things happen but when I contacted them after sending a video of product not working as they requested. I was given store credit but was told they don't refund shipping ( I didn't request a refund of the shipping I already paid it so I would have 2 WORKING vapes) so in other words, to get a vape that I already paid shipping for ($10) I would have to pay ANOTHER $10 shipping to get a replacement. Bad customer service if you ask me. Why should I have to pay another $10 for a product they sent me that was broken. Mind you I have been long time customer ordering Anywhere from 2 to 5 vapes at a time.

Scam this company took my money with in minutes and it’s almost been a month and my order still isn’t here. I reported them with the Better Business Bureau!!!!

For the people that’s been waiting for their vapes, has it been delivered yet? I ordered mine on 02/04/24 and now it’s 02/20/24 and still haven’t receive my package. Usually other websites I would get mine a week after I place my orders.

At first orders were doing OK. Took longer than expected. I received a bad vape and let it go. I order 4 -6 at a time due to $10 shipping fee. Another time, the disposable started smoking. The last 2 times I ordered I bought a total of 7 and 3 were leaking and another one stays running and hets hot. They told me I only had 48 hours to contact them. They won't even exchange. By the way, I received my order less than 48 hours and they still will not refund or exchange!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They suspended my account after I complained to BBB about receiving faulty products (over half were DOA). I understand the return policy but Jezuz, give an old woman the $9 credit in her account!! No response from customer service. STAY AWAY!! They’re cheap for a reason!!

Wrong item pictures on website. When asked to fix the mistake, they spent enough time to email me 10 times to rudely say that they would not make it right. Do not use this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do NOT support this disgusting company that sells to minors for profit. The owner is lying. They DO indeed ship to minors! I received a package last week in my mail box addressed to my 15 year old son. He was able to purchase 60mg/ml of vape juice. He has no idea what he is doing with it. You know why? Because his friends do it and they get it supplied from perfectvape. No adult signature required. No age verification or ID required during online sale. This has to be stopped, they have been doing it for years. Check the other comments and comments on their BBB profile from alarmed parents. PARENTS: please report to Oklahoma attorney general as well as to the FDA. Vaping is a huge issue now in our community because teens know they can get it from this online website. They are breaking federal and state laws in doing so! I pray they get slapped with huge fines and shut down! This is very dangerous! I work in a hospital, and there are several teens that have been hospitalized where I work due to vaping, don’t tell me it’s not dangerous for them! Placed my order February 27th. Never got a confirmation email. Never got a tracking number. All I got is a “awaiting fulfillment” when I go into “my orders” on the website. It’s March 3rd. I have emailed twice and gotten no response and called 6 times and EVERY EXTENSION WAS SO CONVENIENTLY “not available”! AND I left a voice message. Still have heard nothing. Sure were quick to take my 53$ though! NOT HAPPY. All this time I’ve been waiting for my new vape to come and y’all beat me for 50 bucks smh

They are scamming me. Worst customer service ever! I've had 2 issues with them and they will not help, change, or refund MY money. They say it's policy as an excuse. They sent me the wrong vape juice and wouldn't help. Then I get faulty disposables right from the package and they won't help with that either. If you decide to order from here, expect the wrong items, expect faulty items and expect absolutely no help from customer service! I spend over a thousand dollars a year with them and they won't help me with a 25.00 order and a 15.00 order. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Better off going with a different company people. Ill never order anything else from them!

Only 1 item that I ordered was right out of 4 items. Called customer service about 2 items that were ordered that were not shipped. Finally got the 2 items . And they are the wrong . Never ordering from here again!!!!!
