“I bought a box of 10 Hyde vapes. It took several weeks to arrive. But the problem is that the first 2 I opened do not work. But because I had them for a couple of weeks before using them they dont want to credit me at all. Not even for the 8 I didnt open. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, buying in bulk. They dont care. They said I had to test them in the first week. I guess Im supposed to open 10 vapes at once to test that they are not faulty. Having not had an issue in the 4 years prior I didnt think I had to do that. I have dealt with their extremely long ship times because i do buy in bulk but I will no longer buy from them since they have zero loyalty or care for good customers. They also obviously do not care after seeing all of these bad reviews.”

“Ordered a mini vape that I can no longer find near me. I was so excited for it to come and it did not work. Was a dud. In the past week, I have been in the hospital with my fiancée undergoing surgery and I’ve started a new job. I finally got to email perfect vape with my concern about 4 days out (?) and they informed me that because I was not within 72 hours, they will not refund. Nowhere did I see that mentioned anywhere. And regardless, a dud is a dud. Totally uncool. Do not recommend ordering with them.”

“After waiting two weeks for my order. My whole order is wrong and missing a vape. They send me 3 lost marry with horrible flavors instead of 3 geek bar and a phone vape”

“I ordered from them two weeks ago and instead of helping me, they deleted my account and blocked me so yeah this company is complete garbage. You literally pay 10 bucks for a snail mail.— and I still haven’t received my package and now I can’t contact the company so I pretty much got scammed”

“When I received my package, there was no invoice so clearly the person filling the order could not see if it was right or not. They did not put all of my vapes inside the package and I want my money back, but you can’t get a hold of them if they are doing this to multiple people over and over again they are raking in the money. I want my money back it took a long time to get my order I can’t believe people can get away with this.”

“For the people that’s been waiting for their vapes, has it been delivered yet? I ordered mine on 02/04/24 and now it’s 02/20/24 and still haven’t receive my package. Usually other websites I would get mine a week after I place my orders.”

“I order from perfect vape on 2/3, it is 2/16 and I have still not received my items. Tracking states it is in my state but still waiting to continue on. I will never order from this company again. My usual company ships and is deliver no longer than 3 days! This time frame with perfect vape is unexceptable”

“I would rather them lower if I could. Half the time disposables don't work and they find any reason not to give a refund. Then they didn't tell me the kit I bought didn't include a battery so I had to pay another 10 dollars shipping for a 5 dollar battery that still hasn't come almost a month later They denied the refund request and I don't think I'm getting my battery. So I've wasted more than enough money on these greedy a holes.”

“Today is 2/12/24, my money has been gone from my account since 1/21/24...that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Some BS story about it not being legal for them to ship...they are shipping through some delivery service in Vegas! Good grief! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE JERKS!”

“I left another vape company because it took forever to receive my orders. PV filled my order the same day but it has been 17 days since and not only do I not have my items (they certainly took my money right away) but their so-called tracking number doesn't appear to exist in any shipping company in the world. Now, because they do not care about customer service I am forced to go to a local vape shop and pay retail for stuff I already ordered from this "company". Do not order from these people.”

“Totally horrible experience with them. Ordered my vapes, first of all the items were shipped literally days after purchase instead of sending them when they were purchased. Second of all, their shipping carrier is pure garbage. You pay shipping fees for that garbage and then good luck receiving it. In my case it’s several weeks as the items are in transit as if I ordered them from Mars. I’ve read som reviews where people were awaiting for months for their delivery. Thus, it’s pure garbage that is not worth spending a penny on…”

“I ordered 20 vapes they charged me for all of them. Then I get an email saying 2 of the vapes I ordered were out of stock. They told me I had credit at perfect vape for $28.83 I told them to put the money on my debit card. They never did a month later. It took 3 weeks to get the vapes and half of the Oxnard pro 10000 puffs don’t work the ones that do work taste like burnt plastic thanks perfect vape!!! You’re far from perfect. Perfect vape scam is more like it.”

“Completely wrong order shipped. Ordered bulk e juice and coils. Received 11 rechargeable disposable pods. Contacted customer service and jumped through their hoops to prove incorrect items sent. Was informed that my original order won't be processed until I ship these items back. Emailed me return label, I informed them I don't have a printer. Should not have to pay to print it elsewhere. Another customer obviously was not sent their correct order as well. A shame as my order was 70$ and items I received total about 150$. Time to sell pods and buy elsewhere.”

“I ordered from them over two weeks ago and was provided a tracking number and for 10 days now the tracking number as said it's still not at a USPS location and I email them to find out where my order is and I get automated responses instead of an actual representative letting me know why it's taking so long to arrive”
