DIDNT RECIEVE ANYTHING I BOUGHT $60 worth of stuff and they refuse to refund or credit it because it’s the “post offices fault”. Horrible customer service, horrible company. DO NOT BUY

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do NOT support this disgusting company that sells to minors for profit. The owner is lying. They DO indeed ship to minors! I received a package last week in my mail box addressed to my 15 year old son. He was able to purchase 60mg/ml of vape juice. He has no idea what he is doing with it. You know why? Because his friends do it and they get it supplied from perfectvape. No adult signature required. No age verification or ID required during online sale. This has to be stopped, they have been doing it for years. Check the other comments and comments on their BBB profile from alarmed parents. PARENTS: please report to Oklahoma attorney general as well as to the FDA. Vaping is a huge issue now in our community because teens know they can get it from this online website. They are breaking federal and state laws in doing so! I pray they get slapped with huge fines and shut down! This is very dangerous! I work in a hospital, and there are several teens that have been hospitalized where I work due to vaping, don’t tell me it’s not dangerous for them! Find a different website. This one took over $100 from me and never even provided a tracking number. And I never heard back from their customer service. This website is a complete scam please stay away

DO NOT BUY COILS FROM PERFECT VAPE!! I ORDERED 4-5 PACKS OF COILS AND HAD TO THROW AWAY 16 OF 20 BECAUSE THEY TASTE BURNT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY BASICALLY SAID F- YOU. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND. JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Alright guys, it's pretty obvious that this company's market are kids/teens who are underage vapers. Therefore, they know they can take advantage of you because you're likely desperate for nicotine. I also think these reviews already raise a lot of red flags indicating the shady nature of this business and how they are ultimately scamming people. Despite the fact that this companies main target is underage users, there are are still customers who use this site who are of age to purchase nicotine devices that are getting ripped on as well. If you're really questioning the legitimacy of this company, consider this. Why would a legitimate vape company go out of their way to circumvent laws regulating underage use/distribution of nicotine? The amount of reviews regarding customer service and the lack thereof, only works in corroboration to my claim that this company is slimy and wants nothing more than your money. Also, these "good" reviews are bs. Every shady website trying to maintain a good image will have employees/friends put up fake reviews to make the average ratings seem a little better. You guys aren't fooling anyone, cmon now.

I purchased a Geek Vape Aegis X from PerfectVape in April, by September it had stopped turning on. I chalked it up to a dud and purchased another one on September 29th, which was delivered on October 1st. By November 1st I had the exact same issue, so I e-mailed their customer service. This was part of the response I received, “ I do apologize Perfect Vape can no longer compensate for defective mods as it has been past the 30 day warranty.” So because I e-mailed them 31 days after I received the mod, they can’t help me. That’s 2 Aegis X’s that don’t work in a little more than 6 months, over $100, and they can’t help me. Not to mention that Geek Vape’s warranty states that their products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase and to go through the retailer. So either they’re in direct violation of their warranty, or they’re not an authorized dealer. There was nothing perfect about my experience with PerfectVape.com. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.

Not very pleases that every time I order from this company and PAY for additional shipping I do not receive my things on time. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for my order!!! Last time ordering!

Worst company ever. The vapes do not work. No way of contacting customer service. I am starting a class action lawsuit, as they are currently under investigation by the BBB. Anyone want to join?

Scam they sold me a vape mod that broke about a week into owning. then they find a way to not honor their 30 days money back guarantee. Total ripoff site. avoid!

Unfortunatelly they are not that "perfect"... In 4 orders I had issues in 2. Last time they sent me a defective product and denied their responsability since they "can no longer compensate as it has been passed the 48 hour warranty"... Wow! 48 hours warranty ?? Is it a joke or what? I do not sleep by my mailbox... I do not recommend these guys!

They are scamming me. Worst customer service ever! I've had 2 issues with them and they will not help, change, or refund MY money. They say it's policy as an excuse. They sent me the wrong vape juice and wouldn't help. Then I get faulty disposables right from the package and they won't help with that either. If you decide to order from here, expect the wrong items, expect faulty items and expect absolutely no help from customer service! I spend over a thousand dollars a year with them and they won't help me with a 25.00 order and a 15.00 order. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Better off going with a different company people. Ill never order anything else from them!

I haven’t received my vapes they were all hyde vapes rechargeable I’ve waited a couple weeks and it never came on the website it says “ awaiting fullfilment “ order number #835531 I always order from the site and never had this problem I emailed you guys 3 times and no response please get back to me

This would have been my first time doing business with this company. Although their prices are competitive, the level of customer service doesn't warrant my becoming their customer. I tried to set up an online acct several times but to no avail. Error message "could not create customer" pops up after each attempt. I called to place my order over the phone, but they don't accept phone orders. I inquired about the glitch on their website and asked whether they have a technical support department; they do not. Red flags are glaring at me so I will save myself unnecessary stress of having to deal with such incompetence.

Placed an order with Perfect Vape on 7/6, after 16 days, no emails, no contact of any kind…I had to email them (twice) to find out what the status of my order was. They finally tell me on 7/22 that what I ordered wasn’t in stock & they would give me a refund. Stay far far away from this company unless you like giving out interest free loans to a company that could care less about you or your order (clearly) & then you’ll practically have to beg them to give you your money back! Follow my advice, order from a better company…..
