PV filled my order the same day but it has been 17 days since and not only do I not have my items (they certainly took my money right away) but their so-called tracking number doesn't appear to exist in any shipping company in the world.
Now, because they do not care about customer service I am forced to go to a local vape shop and pay retail for stuff I already ordered from this "company".

“Totally horrible experience with them. Ordered my vapes, first of all the items were shipped literally days after purchase instead of sending them when they were purchased. Second of all, their shipping carrier is pure garbage. You pay shipping fees for that garbage and then good luck receiving it. In my case it’s several weeks as the items are in transit as if I ordered them from Mars. I’ve read som reviews where people were awaiting for months for their delivery. “I ordered 20 vapes they charged me for all of them. Then I get an email saying 2 of the vapes I ordered were out of stock. They told me I had credit at perfect vape for $28.83 I told them to put the money on my debit card. They never did a month later. It took 3 weeks to get the vapes and half of the Oxnard pro 10000 puffs don’t work the ones that do work taste like burnt plastic thanks perfect vape!!! You’re far from perfect. Perfect vape scam is more like it.”

Ordered bulk e juice and coils. Received 11 rechargeable disposable pods.
Contacted customer service and jumped through their hoops to prove incorrect items sent. Was informed that my original order won't be processed until I ship these items back. Emailed me return label, I informed them I don't have a printer. Should not have to pay to print it elsewhere. Another customer obviously was not sent their correct order as well. A shame as my order was 70$ and items I received total about 150$. Time to sell pods and buy elsewhere.”
“I ordered from them over two weeks ago and was provided a tracking number and for 10 days now the tracking number as said it's still not at a USPS location and I email them to find out where my order is and I get automated responses instead of an actual representative letting me know why it's taking so long to arrive”

“My first order with this company took almost a month to fulfil. It was marked shipped when in fact, it was not. Upon contacting customer service to inquire why my shipped product (without tracking number) never arrived they said they wanted a copy of my ID. They did not request it until I asked about it and after they marked my product shipped.
I did eventually get that product.
I made another order that as of this writing (and pushing a month again) has not arrived. I did however receive the wrong order. The company insists that I ship them back the incorrect product BEFORE they send the correct product. Given that this company has not been even close to reliable at any point I refused stating I would ship the product back AFTER they fulfilled my original order. They refused and have since become silent.”

“At first orders were doing OK. Took longer than expected. I received a bad vape and let it go. I order 4 -6 at a time due to $10 shipping fee. Another time, the disposable started smoking. The last 2 times I ordered I bought a total of 7 and 3 were leaking and another one stays running and hets hot. They told me I only had 48 hours to contact them. They won't even exchange. By the way, I received my order less than 48 hours and they still will not refund or exchange!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

“I was sent totally wrong product. Not my fault. I sent them pictures of what they sent me. I jumped through their hoops. Sent them the tracking number and picture of package at post office after post office put shipping label on it. Proof it was on its way. I was told if I sent this info they would ship the correct product to me. Well it is 5 days later and still they haven't sent me a tracking number. I order every other month from this so repeat customers mean nothing. I can't get what I use around me or I wouldn't even jumped through their hoops. They make mistake and I paid the price. I would have offered to priority mail or over night it if it was my company and I was given nothing but grief. I use smok novo not nord.This started last Friday and now it is Wednesday night and still nothing. I hope the owner hears about this.”
“It had taken over two weeks or 10 business days as they state it can take before I was able to make a claim that my items never showed. A customer support person named Vince emailed me stating that it was usps fault and they can only either reship my order or refund. I stated twice I would like them reshipped and asked if I could get them quicker due to the inconvenience.”
