I have had numerous orders that were missing vapes inside package. This is now the third time I have had an order missing vapes within the package. Once I reach out to customer service they take very long to respond if they respond at all. I usually have to send around 3 emails over a 2 week period to get a response. My last order was missing 4 units (including a casing missing a disposable vape inside). They only reimbursed me $32 when the reimbursement should be $50. I questioned customer service and they said it's basically not their fault that I received an empty casing. Customer service then told me they were only reimbursing me for 3 vapes, which still doesn't make sense because that should be $40. Poor customer service, and does not put the customer first. If you plan on placing decent size orders ($50 and up) I recommend going elsewhere. If you are ordering 1-2 vapes you should be fine.

Received a box of 10 Hyde mango ice. Half of the box burnt my throat. I emailed them and no replies. I suspect either I got a really bad batch or they’re selling counterfeits

I have a sales rep that answers my calls at every other vendor I use but this one will not answer phones. Ordered rpm 160 coils and got rpm 160 pods with no coils and customers have to go without. And with my shop only two hours away from OKC I still have to wait two weeks to get product.

Didn't receive my order. Got no help from company. Had to report fraudulent transaction to credit card company. Don't buy here

Scam this company took my money with in minutes and it’s almost been a month and my order still isn’t here. I reported them with the Better Business Bureau!!!!

Their site claims an adult must be available to sign for the package. We were going away last weekend and left a little not on my door in for the delivery person if they came while we were away asking them to leave with my adult neighbor, they’d sign for it. Well no, they don’t reputable signature which means they left it in my mailbox all weekend. I live in Buffalo my and it is COLD here so this package sat freezing and frozen for 3 days and these are garbage now. They won’t assist me. They said it’s up to the delivery service how they’d like to deliver. Um... your website says an adult MUST be available to sign for package. So the way these people verify if someone is 21 is by them clicking that they are 21. This place clearly will fill and send to anybody as long as they have clicked they are 21. This my friends is exactly how these devices get into our children’s hands... First time customer... and also a last time customer!!

Only 1 item that I ordered was right out of 4 items. Called customer service about 2 items that were ordered that were not shipped. Finally got the 2 items . And they are the wrong . Never ordering from here again!!!!!

I ordered a couple hydes, I found out I really did not like 1 of the flavors I ordered, so I asked if I could change or refund 1 of the flavors, I got quick responses, whoever emailed me told me I can switch 1 of the flavors out, after I provided my order number and flavor to change, as requested by perfect vape, I got an email the next day saying they can't touch an order once it's been placed, and that whoever emailed me was a new agent. IF YOU RUN A COMPANY/BUISNESS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND GETS BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT. Even if a "new agent" said or did something wrong isn't it your job to fix it and keep me happy? Will not be ordering from you again.

I can't believe I was foolish enough to give these people another chance. After my bad experience with their "Loosie Stick" brand I ordered ten of their BLOW" disposables and this time four of the ten weren't charged. This time I went through all the rigamarole they put you through--opening and trying all ten as soon as they arrived, putting in a claim for replacement the same day they arrived, sending the defective ones back at my own expense--and guess what? They still refuse to replace them. They do not seem to understand that not everyone has computers with cameras, nor does everyone have a cell phone. Imagine any other business making these assinine demands when you try to return a defective product. This has been an expensive mistake on my part trusting them a second time.

I'd had great service from PerfectVape through multiple transactions. But if you get a defective product the great service disappears. In my case, two of the Loosie Stick disposables in a ten-pack weren't charged. Dead batteries. Seems like it would be pretty easy for them to replace them. You know, like any other retail place--online or regular store--would. But no. First you get an impersonal form letter type email saying that you have to send a "video" of you puffing on the dead e-cig. I'm not kidding. I can't even imagine how a person would do that. But then, video or not, they refuse to make it right if you don't make a claim within 48 hours of receiving the defective product. I'd ordered a ten-pack, remember? That's the equivalent of a carton of cigarettes. I would be expected to open all ten e-cigs and smoke them in 48 hours. It's not their fault that the two Loosie Sticks weren't charged. Stuff happens. But demanding customers jump through these ridiculous (and impossible) hoops is just plain poor customer service. They should stand by their products. And they certainly should value repeat customers. Be warned.

I ordered two vape pens on August 16th. I never received an order confirmation or any emails from them. On 9/10, I tried calling to find out the status of my order. It took several calls over several hours to finally get through to someone. I was told that my order was delivered by USPS on 8/26 however I never received my order. I was told that I would need to file a claim with USPS. USPS is a complete joke. Thanks for nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Purchased a mod from them, 2 weeks later they canceled my order and said it would take up to 10 days to be refunded. Do not buy from these guys

I was good with them a couple orders but then one came missing half the order and they will not acknowledge it in any way. It seems they could care less. Cant even take the time to send anymore than an automated response saying they got your inquiry. I have received a few defective items but with volume that should be expected in todays market. ( not that it is right but it is expected) but they are not the company that will make it right.

I placed an order the beginning of May it's supposed to to three day shipping. I got them after 10 days and what's worse it was the wrong item not what I ordered. I replied to them several times finally got an email back asking me if I have a printer to print a return shipping label and that was a week ago. They don't answer their phone they don't answer their email, this is worst experience I've ever had buying on the internet bar none. I've about decided this is a lost cause and I suppose I'm going to have to contact the authorities. Since they ship them over state lines maybe this is a federal offense? I sure hope so, they give everybody else a bad name...
