“Don’t order from here if you are in need of a vape in a timely manner. I ordered mine weeks ago and the tracking says it’s still at least a week out. Now I’m concerned if I’ll get it at all, and if I do, what condition it will be in. I’ve ordered things from overseas and they arrive quicker.”
“I have been a customer for a long time and ran into a recent issue of getting a $14 vape that didn't work ( this order contained 2 vapes ) . I know these things happen but when I contacted them after sending a video of product not working as they requested. I was given store credit but was told they don't refund shipping ( I didn't request a refund of the shipping I already paid it so I would have 2 WORKING vapes) so in other words, to get a vape that I already paid shipping for ($10) I would have to pay ANOTHER $10 shipping to get a replacement. Bad customer service if you ask me. Why should I have to pay another $10 for a product they sent me that was broken. Mind you I have been long time customer ordering Anywhere from 2 to 5 vapes at a time.”
