I ordered a couple hydes, I found out I really did not like 1 of the flavors I ordered, so I asked if I could change or refund 1 of the flavors, I got quick responses, whoever emailed me told me I can switch 1 of the flavors out, after I provided my order number and flavor to change, as requested by perfect vape, I got an email the next day saying they can't touch an order once it's been placed, and that whoever emailed me was a new agent. IF YOU RUN A COMPANY/BUISNESS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND GETS BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT. Even if a "new agent" said or did something wrong isn't it your job to fix it and keep me happy? Will not be ordering from you again.

Love this company. They reply to any questions or concern I may have. Fast shipping great price. I only had 1 defective item which they credit my account and I have placed I believe 5 order so far. In 2 months or less.

I can't believe I was foolish enough to give these people another chance. After my bad experience with their "Loosie Stick" brand I ordered ten of their BLOW" disposables and this time four of the ten weren't charged. This time I went through all the rigamarole they put you through--opening and trying all ten as soon as they arrived, putting in a claim for replacement the same day they arrived, sending the defective ones back at my own expense--and guess what? They still refuse to replace them. They do not seem to understand that not everyone has computers with cameras, nor does everyone have a cell phone. Imagine any other business making these assinine demands when you try to return a defective product. This has been an expensive mistake on my part trusting them a second time.

My problem with PerfectVape is resolved. It took awhile and wasn't easy but they have now replaced the two defective e-cigs and I am satisfied.

I'd had great service from PerfectVape through multiple transactions. But if you get a defective product the great service disappears. In my case, two of the Loosie Stick disposables in a ten-pack weren't charged. Dead batteries. Seems like it would be pretty easy for them to replace them. You know, like any other retail place--online or regular store--would. But no. First you get an impersonal form letter type email saying that you have to send a "video" of you puffing on the dead e-cig. I'm not kidding. I can't even imagine how a person would do that. But then, video or not, they refuse to make it right if you don't make a claim within 48 hours of receiving the defective product. I'd ordered a ten-pack, remember? That's the equivalent of a carton of cigarettes. I would be expected to open all ten e-cigs and smoke them in 48 hours. It's not their fault that the two Loosie Sticks weren't charged. Stuff happens. But demanding customers jump through these ridiculous (and impossible) hoops is just plain poor customer service. They should stand by their products. And they certainly should value repeat customers. Be warned.

I ordered two vape pens on August 16th. I never received an order confirmation or any emails from them. On 9/10, I tried calling to find out the status of my order. It took several calls over several hours to finally get through to someone. I was told that my order was delivered by USPS on 8/26 however I never received my order. I was told that I would need to file a claim with USPS. USPS is a complete joke. Thanks for nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Haven't been able to get my vapes locally anymore and Perfect Vape definitely saved the day for me. I've been buying from them since May, shipping was understandably delayed in the beginning, but now I get my orders within a week or less. Cant beat the prices either!

I first thought this site was a scam because of how low the prices were. Then i saw the yocan evolve plus for $17 so I had to try it. I ordered it and it was here in 3days In prefect condition! I’m very happy with this site. I also received a up to date tracking number that was very useful, since you have to sign for your package.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Purchased a mod from them, 2 weeks later they canceled my order and said it would take up to 10 days to be refunded. Do not buy from these guys

PerfectVape processed my order immediately, and I received it within 3 days - June 25, 2020. Everything went perfectly. I'm very happy with item received and their service. I wanted to post this; I know that Perfect Vape had been struggling because of covid19 virus and being able to fill orders & keep up. My experience was great. JMJ

I was good with them a couple orders but then one came missing half the order and they will not acknowledge it in any way. It seems they could care less. Cant even take the time to send anymore than an automated response saying they got your inquiry. I have received a few defective items but with volume that should be expected in todays market. ( not that it is right but it is expected) but they are not the company that will make it right.

I ordered and paid extra and it was here in 1 week. Let me remind you guys that orders all over the world are way behind because of the Corona virus. I order from other shops on line and I'm still waiting on things. I know it's hard but just be patient.

I placed an order the beginning of May it's supposed to to three day shipping. I got them after 10 days and what's worse it was the wrong item not what I ordered. I replied to them several times finally got an email back asking me if I have a printer to print a return shipping label and that was a week ago. They don't answer their phone they don't answer their email, this is worst experience I've ever had buying on the internet bar none. I've about decided this is a lost cause and I suppose I'm going to have to contact the authorities. Since they ship them over state lines maybe this is a federal offense? I sure hope so, they give everybody else a bad name...
