I’ll leave a 3 star for now, shipping label created on Monday oct 30, order was marked shipped on Oct 30 through the site, my package was not received by the post office until November 2nd. Which I wouldn’t mind, except there is no where in the FAQs that say “we only ship on x-day”. I understand smaller businesses make specific drop days for the post office, instead of doing trips every day, which is okay. But there’s no customer service chat or number to confirm this, there’s no faq’s regarding this. You’re just waiting in limbo.
Hopefully my entire order arrives without missing or wrong products.
