Item did not get delivered to me. They are informing me I have to claim via Royal Mail although the link they sent me states, it's the sender's responsibility. They are extremely unhelpful and are now asking for a 'affidavit' who do they think they are? I will be leaving a review on trustpilot. I would never recommend and will be sure to share my negative experience far and wide!
