“Terrible company, do not order from them
They sending you second hand or damaged products. Their support takes at least 5 days to respond to your mail and the issue never gets resolved. Avoid them at all cost”
“I was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a bottle of perfume as a gift for my wife, only to later discover the bottle was faulty. The spray nossle wasnt working. When I contacted customer service, they refused any help (requested a replacement or new nossle/empty bottle)
on the basis that the item was delivered on 1st December and had not been checked immediately.
Given that perfume is a sealed product and bought as a gift, it’s unreasonable to expect it to be opened and inspected on the day of delivery. The fault was clearly not caused by misuse.
For comparison, I went to my local perfume shop and they gave me a replacement empty bottle for me without any issue, even though i didnt purchase from them, which highlights the lack of flexibility and customer care here. Unfortunately, the response felt policy-driven rather than customer-focused. I wouldn’t choose to order from this company again”
“If I could give zero stars I would. If I had read the other bad reviews I would never have ordered from perfume's club and I would advise anyone else to avoid this company.
On the 3rd November, 2025, I ordered a fragrance with a given delivery time of 8-10 days. Today is the 25th November, 2025. My order still has not arrived. Communication is very poor, with most e-mails being ignored, and those that are answered having an inadequate reply. I wish, now, to cancel my order, as I have the right to do. I wish for my money to be refunded, as is my right. I have asked for this on several occasions, and have been ignored. I am still waiting for a decent reply to my last e-mail which I sent on the 24th November in which I formally requested my order be canceled and my money refunded.”
“I see negative reviews about Perfume's Club on this page, but I've been shopping there for a few years now. I've placed about 8 or 10 orders, and everything has always gone smoothly. I had to return a product once, and customer service handled it without any problems. I always recommend this website.”
“Chiedo un reso perché mi hanno inviato un prodotto diverso da quello selezionato: all’inizio fanno storie per riprenderlo, quando minaccio di denunciarli accettano il reso dicendo che avrei dovuto sostenere 6€ di spese di gesione di reso. Rispondo dicendo che questa spesa non è segnalata da nessuna parte nelle condizioni pre-vendita e non è prevista da normative europee o italiane o spagnole del codice del consumo: se ne fregano.
Oggi mi arriva il rimborso: piuttosto che scalarmi 6€ me ne hanno scalati 8€.

“Avoid this company. One of two expensive skincare items I ordered never arrived. The box was intact, but the item (worth £130), invoice, and free samples were all missing.
Instead of fixing it, Perfume Club tried to force me to sign a false legal affidavit they had written, claiming the entire parcel was undelivered. That’s simply not true — and they knew it. They refused to refund or resend the missing item unless I signed it.
They’ve left me £130 out of pocket and pressured me to lie to the courier. Dishonest, coercive, and utterly unacceptable. Do not trust them.”
“I ordered $100 worth of mineral foundation from this so-called company. After a purchase confirmation, the next communication was that it had been delivered….it had not. Interestingly, there was a disclaimer on the page announcing that if I hadn’t requested a signature on delivery, that they are not responsible for lost or missing packages that may have been taken AFTER delivery. Where mine was supposedly delivered, only I would have received it….but it was never delivered. Their Contact form is bulls#it….you will not be helped.”
“Item did not get delivered to me. They are informing me I have to claim via Royal Mail although the link they sent me states, it's the sender's responsibility. They are extremely unhelpful and are now asking for a 'affidavit' who do they think they are? I will be leaving a review on trustpilot. “I ordered an expensive YSL Perfume... 100ml bottle arrived EMPTY. Literally EMPTY. I am devastated. It was supposed to be a really special gift that I have saved up for. I have contacted Customer Service through their website form... having read reviews I'm panicking I won't get my money back... this only happened today... it seems like I'm going to have to wait days to find out... gutted. The special gift is ruined.
It's now 25th March and after MANY emails, I have achieved nothing. Perfume's Club is refusing to acknowledge my complaint, refusing to give me a refund or replace the empty bottle of fragrance. They have even given me evidence of the weight of the parcel, which PROVES the parcel is too light for the 100ml bottle to be full... yet they still refuse to refund me. It's an absolute outrage.
Along with photographic evidence and many emails in communication, I have read them my Consumer Rights...
"The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose. As the item I purchased from you was not, you are therefore in breach of contract and I would like to reject the goods and request that you issue me with a full refund as I am notifying you of my short-term right to reject within 30 days of receiving the goods worth £87.04. I look forward to a full response to my letter within 7 days or I shall seek legal advice in order to take the matter further."”
“I ordered 4 mustela cream for baby and all will expire in 4months. And they also made a mistake on my address, contact customer service right away and wont even bother to help. I have to the contact courier myself and fix their mistake.”

“Urgent! to anyone who wants to buy anything from Perfume's Club España.Please people don't do any business with those cheaters (Perfume's Club España). A big scam & I'm honestly going to sue them even if it'll cost me a lot of money. Less than zero. I order perfume from them but the same day after I read all the bad reviews about them I contact them to cancel my order. I got an email from them that my order is already cancelled and I'll get my money back between 3 - 5 days. After 2 days I still see my order is pending. Again contacted them and told them the order is cancelled and I see it is still pending. Within 5 minutes the order changed to sent. Again contact them but NO answer. Even the Order number is NOT known by the shipping company.One of the biggest cheaters and scam companies. But I know the way to stop those trash companies.”
“I Ordered £235 worth of makeup and perfume from this company as the price was a little cheaper than other places. After the order I was so worried, as the reviews were shocking!! I was so worried that the order wouldn’t turn up or would be wrong/ Damaged etc.
I was thankfully very surprised when it turned up on time and all items were as expected. Even the extra free samples. I will definitely order again- so don’t be afraid to order my experience was just fine 😊🎄”
